Company History
Jim Lackey Associates has been helping clients obtain financing for a wide variety of needs since 2005. In most instances, all parties involved benefited from our efforts: borrowers received funds for loans that needed funding, investors received above-market interest, and our firm was compensated for its efforts. It should be noted that while the vast majority of our loans had favorable outcomes, not all loans we facilitated ended as anticipated. Some were casualties of the market downturn; a few investors lost money.
